Vendor/Performer Interest in Special Events: The Verrado Assembly receives many requests from all types of vendors and performers who wish to participate in our signature events. Due to the high volume of requests and limited availability, we ask that you please complete the following form so we may have your information on file. As temperatures begin to rise, Verrado's common grass areas may appear yellow and even dry in some areas. This turf transition is temporary as the more heat-tolerable Bermuda grass begins to grow, and the Ryegrass begins to recede. Our landscape team continues to purposefully encourage growth of our Bermuda grass, providing lush, green common areas across Verrado for outdoor enjoyment this summer.
