New to Verrado
Welcome to Verrado – a community in the Town of Buckeye
defined by its extraordinary setting and by the people who live in and care for this special place we call home.
Verrado's walkable, tree-lined streets, abundant Neighborhood Parks, beautiful community gathering spaces - Main Street, Raven Golf Club at Verrado
, and Village Sport & Health Club
- and diverse architectural homes invite neighborly engagement.
In addition, Verrado offers diverse Clubs & Groups for residents with common interests to connect, and also year-round programs and events, including three special annual traditions, for residents to create shared memories together - Founder's Day, Spirit of Independence, and Hometown Holidays.
Achieving our shared vision for Verrado is facilitated by two Arizona nonprofit organizations: Verrado Assembly (VA) and Verrado Community Association, Inc. (VCA). The VA & VCA are delighted that you have chosen to make your home in Verrado. Here are a few tips to help you navigate living in our distinct community:
1) Connect to community news and activities:
Complete the Resident Registration to register for verrado.net, a resident-only website that offers up-to-date information about community news and activities.
Also, register for our community's Transaction Site
, a resident-only site that offers secure and convenient, online event registrations and facility reservations.
Your online accounts will be approved upon verification of home ownership/rentership.
2) Connect to your Neighborhood Leader:
Verrado has a special group of community leaders, Neighborhood Leaders, who organize our community around our unique neighborhood park identities, and who also faciliate neighbor-to-neighbor connections, including welcoming new residents.
To connect with your neighborhood and leader, Find your Neighborhood Park & Leader, then, join your Neighborhood Group (from the Clubs & Groups page, search for your Neighborhood Group, and select "Join this Group").
3) Connect to your Neighbors:
We encourage residents to participate in the verrado.net Resident Directory, allowing you and other residents to engage and connect easily.
4) Stay in good standing with the VCA:
We know that one of your priorities as a new homeowner is knowing when and how to pay your monthly assessments. At closing, your title company should have collected the current quarter plus next quarter assessments and remitted to the VCA, allowing you time to get settled. Upon receipt of your closing documents, the VCA will begin sending you monthly account statements. For details about secure and convenient opportunities to access your account and to make assessment payments, visit Assessments.
5) Set up your high-speed internet service:
Upon closing, all Verrado residents automatically become a member of the Telecommunity with immediate access to High Speed Internet provided by Cox Communications. To set up your COX account, please contact Verrado's COX representative, Sherry Tocco, at 602-694-1952. Please tell her that you are a new Verrado resident.
Welcome Home – Welcome to Verrado!
