As temperatures begin to rise, Verrado's common grass areas may appear yellow and even dry in some areas. This turf transition is temporary as the more heat-tolerable Bermuda grass begins to grow, and the Ryegrass begins to recede. Our landscape team continues to purposefully encourage growth of our Bermuda grass, providing lush, green common areas across Verrado for outdoor enjoyment this summer. Watch my video to learn what you can expect during this grass transition.
