Apply to Modify Your Home Exterior

Any modification to an existing residence within Verrado, including the installation of a pool, patio cover, front/side/rear landscaping, ramada, gazebo, or any other physical alteration to the appearance of a house or yard, must be approved in advance by the Design Review Committee.  In order to minimize redesign efforts, application for additions, modifications or other improvements should be reviewed and approved by the Design Review Committee prior to any submission to the Town of Buckeye for permits.

*Applications should be submitted with attachments detailing the intended modification.  In order for an application to be reviewed by the Design Review Committee, a picture of the home Must be provided.

Construction Update

There will be construction activity starting the week of May 27 east of Verrado Way between Thomas and McDowell. After the week of June 17, there will be an increase in construction equipment and this will impact traffic in the area.
