Founder’s Park is considered by many to be the signature park of Verrado. The first sights of the park that you are struck by are the dramatic arches of the ramada and the trellis structures on the north and south ends.
Hamilton's Run is located in the Heritage District and offers kids and adults alike a large open grassy area to play. The Palm Grove helps to frame the park and the trellis is a perfect place for a shaded picnic lunch.
When visiting Hillcrest Park, one is struck by the beautiful ramada with brilliant tiling in the archway and dramatic dome crest. The ramada acts as a vivid backdrop tot he well manicured rose garden, playground and regulation horseshoe court.
King's Green is a favorite park by many because of it's widely used amentities. With twin picnic ramadas, a basketball court, playground and open turf areas, there is something for everyone.
The Grand Lawn is one of the first parks seen off of Verrado Way when exiting Highway 10. This park houses the Giving Tree, which illustrates Verrado's community spirit of philanthropy.
Located in the heart and soul of the community, this park is an ideal place to relax. The large turf area is lined with palms, which help provide much needed shade on hot days. The focal piece serene fountain is surrounded by adirondack chairs where residents can sit back and enjoy the place they call home.
Located at the Welcome Center, this park has become a popular favorite for wedding ceremonies. The fountain and staircase provide an ideal picturesque location for wedding backdrops.
Positioned between both Verrado's Elementary and Middle School, this is an ideal location for school age kids to run off some energy with a robust playground, open fields and volleyball courts. This park offers visitors a shaded ramada for a picnic lunch and restrooms.
