Stay in Good Standing with the VCA

To ensure ongoing access to all that Verrado has to offer, including our programs and events, it is important for homeowners to stay in good standing with the Verrado Community Association, Inc. (VCA). Assessments are due on the 1st of the month; a $15 late fee will be assessed to payments received after the 15th of the month.

Online Payment

One-Time Payment

Authorize a one-time charge to your credit card or a one-time payment from your designated checking account to pay your monthly assessments. You will need your statement to complete the online form.
Make a One-Time Payment

Recurring Payment

Schedule a recurring payment by credit card or a recurring payment from your designated checking account to pay your monthly assessments. You will need your statement to complete the online form.

Direct Debit

Complete the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Direct Debit Form and mail it with a voided check to the VCA: 4252 North Verrado Way, Suite B200, Buckeye, AZ 85396. ACH Authorization

Auto Bill Pay

Set up automated monthly payments from your bank account. You will need your account number; you will also need the VCA lockbox address: PO Box 64685, Phoenix, AZ 85082-4685.
