The Verrado Assembly

A nonprofit organization, the Verrado Assembly fosters unique and outstanding opportunities for social and civic engagement. Deeply committed to actively engaging residents and providing meaningful ways for neighbors to connect, the Assembly strives to enhance quality of life by: executing and promoting outstanding community programs, events, and activities; cultivating strong relationships with community partners; supporting and nurturing volunteerism and philanthropy; and keeping residents informed through effective and innovative communications.

The Verrado Community Association, Inc.

A nonprofit organization, the Verrado Community Association maintains Verrado's special community landscapes and unique neighborhood settings. Under the leadership of a Board of Directors currently appointed by Verrado's founder, the Community Association preserves Verrado’s community image and identity by ensuring that community standards are maintained to protect and enhance quality of life for the Verrado community.

 


Construction Update

  • Beginning June 17, there will be construction activity in Parcel 4.505 (between School Hill Road and Sidney Street) and Parcel 3.405 (west of Verrado way and south of Thomas Rd).  There are no road closures at this time, but the Verrado Community Association, Inc. will post information when it is available.
  • There will be construction activity starting the week of May 27 east of Verrado Way between Thomas and McDowell. After the week of June 17, there will be an increase in construction equipment and this will impact traffic in the area.
